This Commercial building was abandoned, and condemned by the city of Seabrook.

We renovated it to up to code including: electrical wiring, plumbing, handicap access bathroom, new air conditioning, etc. The refurbishment of the sign alone represented a saving over $30,000.

Now this is 15 millions business.
